Christine Ziebell has more than 20 years of experience in international business law, commercial transactions, contractual matters, and the resolution of complex disputes. Originally from Finland and now based in the United States, she has worked with international corporations as well as smaller and growth-oriented businesses.
Her experience includes work involving corporate matters, investments, M&A, intellectual property, and international arbitration. She has also held executive and advisory roles within technology and investment businesses, providing the real-world operational perspective that informs AXO’s approach.
Her professional background includes roles with Roschier and Bird & Bird (formerly Fennica Attorneys), as well as leadership of Nexon Legal, a boutique firm focused on the technology sector.
