Christine Ziebell is a Finnish lawyer based in the U.S.. She has more than 20 years of experience in business law, representing major Finnish corporations as well as small and medium sized companies. Christine has in-house experience as the CEO of a U.S.-based technology start-up as well as the Director of Business Affairs for a private investment company.

Christine has extensive experience working with corporate and contractual matters, investments, M&A, IPR, and disputes. Her experience includes acting as counsel and local counsel in international arbitration proceedings under Finland Chamber of Commerce, Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, and International Chamber of Commerce rules.

Christine works with clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, B2C and private equity/venture capital. Her practice focuses mainly on contracts and dispute resolution. She also acts as an advisor in M&A transactions.

Christine’s previous experience includes working for major Finnish law firms, including Roschier Attorneys Ltd. and Bird & Bird (formerly Fennica Attorneys). She is also the former Managing Partner of a tech-focused boutique law firm, Nexon Legal Ltd. Christine has held various positions of trust as a Board Member and Advisor to the Board of Finnish private companies.
